AI in Daily Work

Confident Instead of Clueless

2-day workshop for anyone who wants to finally understand AI and use it effectively
Artificial intelligence has long arrived in the office—yet most of us use it tentatively, uncertainly, or not at all. Do I need to learn coding now? Is it even data privacy compliant? And what does it actually bring to my daily work? This is precisely where this workshop steps in.

What to expect:

Over two practical days, we demystify the technology—completely free of jargon. You won’t learn how AI works under the hood, but how to work with it: drafting faster, summarizing long texts, generating ideas, and streamlining routine tasks. At the same time, you will learn to clearly recognize its limits and know when caution is required.

From the very first hour, you will practice directly on your own device using real-world tasks from your daily work rather than abstract examples. By the end, you will leave not with theoretical knowledge, but with a tool you can immediately use on Monday.

Workshop goals:

  • A realistic picture of what AI can and cannot do today
  • Hands-on experience with real tools directly on your own device
  • A simple method to get better results out of AI tools
  • Concrete use cases for your daily work routine
  • Confidence in handling data privacy, confidentiality, and responsibility

Who is this for?

For all office and knowledge workers without any technical background. No prior experience is required—just the willingness to try something new.
Core principle for both days: Minimal lecturing, maximum hands-on practice.
